Probability and Statistics with Applications Honors (Period 6)

This course will focus on the basic ideas of Statistics. Students learn to organize, display, and analyze data and to explore the elements of probability. This course is an effective preparation for students interested in the fields of social sciences, health sciences, business, engineering, and mathematics. The course is enriched through the use of real-world problems. All students should have a mastery of Algebra and basic Geometric concepts. This is an Honors level course and will be conducted as such.
