Mrs. Ady Nunez
Ady Nunez graduated from Florida International University in 1988 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Apparel Management. She worked in the Retail Industry and later at the Juvenile Assessment Center for the Department of Children and Families as a Foster Care Counselor. It is there where Mrs. Nunez decided to become a Special Education teacher 1995.
She received her Masters in Special Education. Mrs. Nunez currently holds the following Professional Certifications for the Florida Department of Education: Educational Leadership, Emotionally Handicap (K-12), Varying Exceptionalities (K-12), ESOL Endorsement and Middle Grades Integrated Curriculum (grades 5-9). Mrs. Nunez taught in Dade County Public Schools such as Campbell Drive Elementary, Vineland Elementary and Ponce de Leon Middle School. She taught at Doral Academy for two years as a Mathematics, Science & Learning Strategies teacher. This will be Mrs. Nunez's seventh year as Activities Director at Doral.
